| 摘 要： | 探讨我国棉纺织行业转变发展方式,加快结构调整,优化产业升级的具体措施.在分析近年来我国棉纺织行业运行情况的基础上,认为影响棉纺织企业经济效益的主要因素是各项成本的大幅上升、进口棉花滑准税率提高、人民币升值、2007年棉纺织品出口退税率下调、银行存贷款利率的调整等,为此,我国棉纺织行业应优化原料结构、优化技术结构,加快结构调整,由数量型发展方式切实向质量效益型发展方式转变,以保持行业平稳快速发展.
