掺锑二氧化锡超细粉水分散体系的制备

摘    要:如何使用作透明导电涂料的掺锑二氧化锡超细粉高度分散是一个重要问题.本实验研究了共沉淀法制备的掺锑二氧化锡超细粉在水中高度分散体系的形成条件,并讨论了球磨时间及pH值对分散体系的影响,制备了高稳定性的掺锑二氧化锡超细粉水分散体系.

Abstract:Ultrafineness of water-dispersed antimony-doped tin dioxide powder used for transparent conductive paints is very important to its study and applications. The forming condition of greatly dispersed ultrafine antimony-doped tin dioxide powder prepared by chemical coprecipitation in water-system was studied. The effects of ball-milling time and pH value on the properties of dispersed system were discussed. The very stable ultrafine antimony-doped tin dioxide powder water-system was prepared.
