一种新型的单端反激式开关电源的设计

摘    要:阐述了一种采用UC3842集成芯片实现的单端反激式开关电源。根据UC3842的特性给出了该新型开关电源的具体设计步骤,并给出了详细的电路参数及高频变压器的设计方法。该开关稳压电源采用双闭环电流控制模式,其输入、输出电路采用光耦隔离。经测试表明按此方法设计的+24V/1.5A的开关稳压电源可靠性高。

Abstract:A switching power supply with single-ended flyback is introduced, in which an integrated chip named UC3842 is used.Based on the features of the chip,the paper provides the concrete designing steps of the new type of switching power supply.Detailed parameters of the circuit,and the design method of the high-frequency transformer are given.The mode of double closed-loop control is adopted in the switching power supply,its input and output circuits apply the optical coupler isolation.According to the tests,the switching power supply of +24V/1.5A designed by this method is of high reliability.
