| 摘 要： | 从研究资本分类入手，将资本主要分为自有资本和借入资本两部分。根据综合资本成本率，对企业优化资本结构进行了分析。在此基础上计算和分析了企业如何负债经营，才能提高企业经济效益。并结合当前国有企业的实际情况分析了企业过度负债经营及其问题。

| Abstract: | Starting with capital classification, the thesis classifies the business capital into two main categories: equity capital and loan capital. According to the comprehensive capital-cost rate, the author analyzes how to optimize business capital structure. On the basis of which, make further computation and analyzes for how a business can operate with approriate amount of liabilities to develop its economic result. In the light of specific conditions of state-owned enterprises, the thesis analyses operation with excessive liabities and problems caused. |
