| 摘 要： | 介绍一种三角状功率型厚膜高压电阻器的产品结构、工艺、主要技术指标、技术难点和创新点等,该电阻器阻值范围最高可达8GΩ,精度可达±0.5%,输入端对地耐压超过60KV,可广泛应用于变频器、高压设备等领域。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the structure, technolo gical process, key technical index, technical difficulties, and innovative points of a triangular power thick-film high voltage resistor. Its maximum resistor value is 8GΩ;the tolerance is ±0.5%; and it can withstand more than 60KV voltage. The resistor can be widely used in inverter, high voltage equipment etc. |
