双转子-轴承系统动态性能仿真分析

摘    要:在滚动轴承拟静力学分析基础上,建立了滚动轴承-双转子系统动态性能仿真分析模型.用整体传递矩阵法及有限元法分析了系统临界转速及其响应.动态性能仿真分析的结果与实际工况比较符合,分析软件对指定工况下双转子系统的动态响应做出合理的预测,得出满足主机支承刚度条件下的滚动轴承合理的工作径向游隙使用范围.

Abstract:Based on the pseudostatic analysis of rolling bearing, the bearing -double rotors system mathematical model is established. by means of integer transfer matrix method and finite element method, the system critical speeds and unbalance responses are analyzed, when the working speed is far away the system critical speeds, the transverse flexion stiffness of double rotor-bearing system is good. The results show that the dynamic behavior of simulation analysis is coincided with the realistic case. The analyzing software could anticipate reasonably the dynamic response of double rotors system in specific case, and draw the using range of working radial play of roller bearing on the condition of meeting mainframe supporting rigidity.
