摘    要:将结构的极限载荷作为反映结构承载能力的一个重要参量,在压力容器及管路的分析设计中具有重要的意义。在ASME的锅炉和压力容器设计规范里面引入的应力分类方法中,整体和局部薄膜应力的许用值是与结构的极限载荷密切联系的。以含裂纹缺陷的压力容器结构为例,分析了在不同载荷条件下的塑性极限载荷。用塑性力学的极值定理和滑移线场理论,对压力容器中带缺陷的圆板、壳体等结构进行塑性极限分析,并给出其极限载荷、约束因子,所研究材料均假设为刚塑性材料。

Abstract:It plays a significant role in the analysis of pressure vessel and design of pipes that limit load is adopted as an important parameter to reflect bearing capacity of the structure. In the stress classification involved in the design criterion of boiler and pressure vessel in the ASME, the permissible stress and structural limit load of membrane stress of the whole and part are closely connected. Taking pressure vessel with crack disfigurement for an example, plastic ultimate load under different load conditions was analyzed. Making use of extreme theorem of plasticity and slippage line field theory, the plastic ultimate of the circular plate and shell with deficiency in pressure vessel was analyzed, and ultimate load and restraint factor were given. The above studied materials were supposed to be rigid and plastic.
