| Abstract: | Appllication of the technology assessment into the macroscopic investment decision of important project is helpful in providing comprehensive evaluating proposal and forecasting data. So it has obvious effect and significance for the decider in optimizing macroscopic investment decision, This paper introduces the development and application of technology assessment, discusses the influence and action of technology assessment for investment decider, and analyses the necessity and significance of establishing the technology assessment mechanism in oil field as well. |
