摘    要:基于具有自消化引擎的刀具库存理论,考虑刀具使用过程中的自修复及刀具的生命递减,建立了一个离散的系统仿真模型.分析了订购批量及刃磨能力对系统总成本及各项成本的影响;采用遗传算法,在给定参数下得到近似最优订购批量及刃磨能力,使系统总成本最小化.仿真优化表明,考虑刀具使用寿命的库存模型可以描述刀具的库存实际状态,并通过系统优化得到一个近似最优策略,有效降低系统的总成本.

Abstract:A discrete system simulation model based on tool inventory theory with self digestive engine was established in this paper, and recovering ability and life-span characteristics were given. The system total cost and other cost influence were analyzed when the order quantity and recovering ability were changed. GA was applied to gain approximating optimum values of these influential factors under specific parameters. The results show that the real states of tool inventory with tool life is well described, and the total cost is considerably reduced by applying GA to obtain approximate optimal strategy.
