铜含量对低碳HSLA钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:Cu能显著提高低碳HSLA钢的强度;时效状态下,添加1%以上的铜可使钢的屈服强度提高150 ̄200MPa,抗拉强度提高160 ̄170MPa,但钢的韧性有所降低。当提高时效温度时,不同Cu含量钢的强韧性差异减小。

Abstract:The test results show that the strength of low carbon HSLA steel increased obviously by adding Cu, and as the Cu content added was more than 1 %, for the aged steel the yield strength increased by 150200 MPa, and the tensile strength increased by 160170 MPa with the toughness of steel decreasing slightly. As the aging temperature increased the difference of strength and toughness of the steels with various Cu content reduced.
