乙醚萃取法净化金电解废液

摘    要:试验研究了用乙醚萃取法净化金龟解废液的原理及工艺方法.将合Au180g/l,Ag0.5g/l,HCl210g/l,Pt9.40g/l,Pd10.25g/l及其它贱金属元素的金电解废液,稀释后的料液,经过两段萃取-反萃取,得到含Au153g/l,Ag0.0025g/l,HCl180g/l和微量铂族元素及其它贱金属元素的电解液.在阳极含Au>90%以上的条件下进行金电解精炼,可产出品位大于99.99%的电金.生产实践证明重视性,再现性良好.

Abstract:The tbeory and technology for the purification of gold electrolyte by ether extraction are studied. The gold electrolyte containing Au 180 g/l,Ag 0. 5 g/l,HCl 210 g/l,Pt 9. 4o0g/l,Pd 10. 25 g/l and other base metal elements is diluted. By two-stage extraction and retro -extraction,the electrolyte is obtained containing Au 153 g/l,Ag 0. 0025 g/l,HCl 180 g/l,trace platinum elements and other base metal elements.The gold with its fineness greater than 99. 99% is produced in electrolytic refining under the condition of anede Au content>90%. The practice shows good reproduction.
