摘    要:汽轮机数字电液(Digital Electro—Hydraulic:DEH)控制系统在本质上是一个带不确定参数,有时延和干扰的复杂非线性系统,很难建立精确的数学模型,因此,古典控制方法难以保证在启机阶段汽轮机转速精确地跟踪指令变化。利用系统阶跃响应序列建立一种非参数模型,并提出了带误差变化率反馈校正的动态矩阵控制改进算法。该方法跟踪调节性能好、鲁棒性强、能消除不可测干扰。实际调试结果证明了该设计方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) control system of a turbine is essentially a complex nonlinear system with uncertain parameters, time delay and disturbance. The accurate mathematical model of the control system can hardly be constructed. The classical control method can hardly guarantee the rotate speed of the turbine to accurately trace the instruction in the stage of start. A sort of non-parameter model is constructed using the data of step response and an improved dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm is presented. This algorithm includes the variation rate feedback of output error and has perfect performance of regulation, robustness and ability of eliminating uncertain disturbances. The actual debugging verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the designing method.
