| 摘 要： | 对盐城市区蔬菜中铜、锌、镉的含量进行了分析,并用单因子污染指数法进行了评价.铜的总检出率为89.5%,无超标样点;锌的总检出率为94.7%,合格率100%：镉的总检出率较低,为44.2%,超标率为3.16%.蔬菜中重金属含量为 2n〉Cu〉Cd.盐城市区蔬菜均未受到铜、锌的污染,少数蔬菜受到镉的污染.

| Abstract: | The content of Cu,Pb and Cd on vegetables in Yancheng city was analyzed and assessed by single-facter pollution index.The measurable rate of copper was 89.5%,and no sample site exceeded the concentration of official tolerance.The measurable rate of zinc was 94.7%,and all matched the standard.The measurable rate of cadmium was 44.2%,and 3.16%,which exceeded the standard.The order of the content of heavy metal in vegetables was Zn>Cu>Cd.The vegetables in Yancheng city had not be polluted by copper and zinc,and seldom of them had be polluted by cadmium. |
