| 摘 要： | 本文从企业自身和软件开发方面，分析讨论了企业信息化建设过程中，企业面临的问题，以及现阶段国内软件产业需要解决的困难，同时在此基础上。笔者根据实际工作经验，简单的阐述了企业信息建设中主要侧重的原则和要求。
