摘    要:构皮滩水电站工程烂泥沟砂石加工系统设计方案可靠、实用,工艺流程合理、运行稳定,生产出的成品砂符合质量要求,也满足了构皮滩水电站工程施工进度的要求;同时,该系统还采用新工艺、新设备解决了污泥处理、石粉回收、水回收利用和环保问题,有效地提高了水的重复利用率,降低了生产运行成本,减少了对环境的污染。

Abstract:The design scheme of Lan'nigou artificial aggregate system of Goupitan Hydropower Station is liability and reasonable,the system has stably been operated,and its production has met the requirement of quality and construction schedule.Meanwhile,in other to solve some problems about environment protection such as sludge treatment,rock powder recover,waste water reuse and etc.,some new equipment and process have been adopted in the system.Solvent of these problem has effectively improved the ratio of water recover,cut down the operation cost and reduced environment pollution.
