矿山火灾防治的性能化设计方法

摘    要:根据消防工程学的原理和方法,参照建筑防火领域性能化设计方法,提出了矿山火灾防治的性能化设计方法,给出其定义,提出了矿山防火性能规范的制定流程,介绍了性能化设计的定量分析工具与方法。矿山防火性能化设计方法是一种新的防火思路,它的提出对增强矿山的防灾和抗灾能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:In accordance with the principles and methods of fire safety engineering, a performance-based design method of mine fire safety is put forward with reference to that of building fire protection design. Its definition is given the working-out flowsheet of mine fire safety performance standards proposed and the quantitative analysis tool and method of performance-based design are presented.Performance-based design method is a new thought on fire protection and its introduction is of important significance to the enhancement of the prevention and protective capabilities of mine fire.
