电缆、油管绕曲装置设计

摘    要:文中针对在有限转动范围内大功率电源和液压油的传输要求,探索设计新型电缆、油管绕曲装置。介绍了电缆、油管绕曲装置的构成、工作原理和结构特点,详细阐述了电缆、油管等绕曲装置的设计方法,提出了结构上径向嵌套、轴向组合的结构设计以及固定盘和升降盘不同直径绕曲装置的具体结构设计。该装置结构紧凑、成本低、组合性强、适用范围广、性能安全可靠,可在有限空间内用最简单、最可靠的方法实现功率电源、信号以及液压油的旋转连接传输,可同时解决多根电缆、光缆、油管等的绕曲问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the transmitting requirements of high power supply and hydraulic oil in the limited rota- tion range, the design of new wind equipment of the cable and oil pipe is discussed. In this paper, the wind equipment of the cable and oil pipe including its composition, operation principle and structural feature is in- troduced. The design method of the wind equipment of the cable and oil pipe is described in detail. The struc- tures inlayed in radius and composed in axle, the fixed plate and motive plate with different diameters are il- lustrated. The wind equipment is characterized by compact structure, low cost, combination function, wide application scope, safe and reliable performance. It can achieve transmitting of the power supply, signal and hydraulic oil in limited room with the simplest and the most reliable method and can resolve simultaneously the winding problem of several cables, optical fiber cables and oil pipes.
