临56区块钻井液配方优化及应用

摘    要:通过对处理剂进行优选,优化了钻井液体系配方,研发了聚胺强抑制防塌钻井液体系,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,解决了临56区块钻进过程中存在的起下钻遇阻和井壁失稳的难题,保证了该区块定向施工的顺利进行,提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,为该区块安全及高效钻井提供了有力的技术保障。

Abstract:After treating-agent was selected,polymer-amine drilling fluid with high inhibition and formation sealing property was researched and developed. The following down-hole troublesome condition of blockage during tripping in upper formation and wellbore instability in Shahejie formation was solved. The drilling was smooth under the help of onsite drilling fluid maintenance and handling techniques. The rate of penetration was raised and drilling period was shortened. At last,it provided technology support to drill well safely and effectively in the oilfield.
