摘    要:选矿废水中含有有害的选矿药剂、无机悬浮物、金属离子等,直接排放将对环境造成严重污染。以聚合氯化铝做絮凝剂,与助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺联合使用对承德市双滦区某选矿废水进行实验处理研究。采用单因素分析方法,以处理后清水出水率做衡量指标,对影响污水处理效果的各因素的工艺条件进行考查,确定最佳工艺条件为非离子型聚丙烯酰胺用量0.5 m L、聚合氯化铝用量20 m L、沉降时间5 min、p H值6.7,处理后出水率达到89.98%,处理效果较好。

Abstract:Containing a large amount of mineral processing reagents,various harmful suspended matter,inorganic ions,heavy metal ions,the mineral separation wastewater causes serious environmental pollution when discharged arbitrarily. The treatments of wastewater are indispensable processes in mineral industry,and have been increasingly concerned. How to remove these harmful substances and reuse wastewater has important meaning. Aiming at this problem,we adopted PAC and PAM as the flocculating agent to treat the wastewater of Chengde Shuangluan mineral factory. The treatment law of Chengde Shuangluan mineral wastewater,the effluent rate being applied as indicators for performance,was studied by single factor method. The results showed that the effluent rate,under the conditions was as follows: the non-ionic polyacrylamide dosage 0. 5 m L,polymerization aluminum chloride dosage 20 m L,settling time 5 min,p H value 6. 7,was up to 89. 98%. The efficiency of wastewater treatment met industrial discharge and reuse requirements.
