塑壳材料对铅炭电池性能的影响

摘    要:电池内部热量的散发是由壳体材料的导热性、表面积和壳壁的厚度决定的。采用不同的塑壳材料制备单体铅炭电池,在不同的环境下通过电池的循环寿命、过程失水量、电池测试前后内阻的变化等对电池进行表征。实验结果表明,导热性好的塑壳材料对铅炭电池有较好的散热效果,可以减少电池失水,延长循环寿命。

Abstract:Molded material impacts on the performance of lead-carbon batteries. Distribution of heat inside the battery is determined by the thermal conductivity, surface area and thickness of the shell wall. The monomer lead-carbon batteries are prepared with different molded case materi- als and characterized by cycle life, water loss and the change of the internal resistance. The re- suits show that the plastic shell material with good thermal conductivity has a good cooling effect, can reduce battery water loss and prolong the cycle life.
