能耗最低机采系统设计软件应用实践及效果

摘    要:为了有效提高机采系统效率,引入了机采参数优化设计软件对有杆泵井进行优化。在应用过程中,采取健全规章到制度、完善组织网络、进行网上开口以及一井一策等措施,提高了优化设计的科学性、准确性和及时性。截止2013年12月份,全厂平均机采系统效率达到28.6%,与2009年同期相比,增加了4.9%,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the efficiency of mining system,the paper introduces the machine parameters optimization design software to optimize sucker rod pump wells. In the process of application,we improve the rules and regulations,the network,online openings and one-well-one policy,which ensures the scientific,accurate and timely optimization design. By December 2013,the average production system efficiency reached 28. 6%,compared with the same period in 2009,it is increased by 4. 9%,and good results have been achieved.
