摘    要:在文献调研的基础上,对泥浆性能影响环空岩屑运移进行了实验研究。讨论了动塑比、表观粘度、塑性粘度、有效粘度、泥浆密度等因素对无因次岩屑床面积的影响。结果表明:层流下泥浆携岩能力随动塑比升高而增加,紊流时泥浆动塑比值与携岩能力关系不大;提出了一种极限粘度的概念,低于极限粘度时,泥浆携岩能力随粘度升高而降低,高于极限粘度时,两者关系相反;泥浆密度增加可使环空岩屑床面积大大降低。低粘紊流是清洗大斜度井与水平井的最佳措施。

Abstract:The influence of mud property , such as apparent viscosity , plastic viscosity and mud property , on the cleaning of high deviated hole . A non-dimensional cuttings bed area and a concept of limited viscosity are proposed to predict the efficiency of hole cleaning . It is shown that the hole cleaning efficiency is improved by the raising of viscosity over the limited viscosity and the lowering of mud viscosity below the limited viscosity . The raising in mud density can reduce the area of cuttings bed . Low viscosity and turbu- lent flow is the optimum condition for directional and horizontal hole cleaning
