摘    要:针对某电厂制粉系统存在安全监控措施匮乏、磨煤机出口温度过低等问题,提出通过实时在线监测磨煤机本体及一次风管全工况下的CO数值,实现对磨煤机及一次风管的全方位监控,有效地提升了磨煤机的出口温度,达到了节能降耗的效果.

Abstract:In order to deal with the problems such as lack of safety monitoring measures and the low temperature of the coal mill outlet in the pulverizing system of a power plant,it is proposed that the all-round monitoring of the coal mill and primary air pipe can be realized by real-time online monitoring of the CO value of the coal mill body and the primary air pipe under the whole working condition,which can help to raise the outlet temperature of the coal mill effectively to achieve the effect of energy-saving and consumption reduction.
