摘    要:某锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器、节能减排综合升级改造,使锅炉运行工况偏离设计值较大,引起低温过热器、后屏过热器等受热面管壁严重超温.通过对超温点、超温时间统计分析,提出了整改措施.

Abstract:A boiler has undergone comprehensive upgrading,including low-nitrogen burner rectification,energy-saving and emission reduction,causing the results that the boiler operating condition deviates greatly from the designed value and severe overtemperature of the heating surface wall of the low-temperature and rear-plate superheaters and so on.Based on a statistical analysis of overtemperature point and overtemperature time,rectification measures are put forward.
