| 摘 要： | 论述了湿法脱硫后烟气对烟囱的腐蚀机理,对几种烟囱防腐改造的选型进行了分析,指出宾高德内衬系统适合泡沫玻璃砖钢内筒的防腐改造,杂化聚合结构类适合涂料类或砖类钢内筒的防腐改造,钛钢复合板钢内筒适合新建烟囱应用。详细介绍了一种湿法脱硫烟囱防腐改造实例,经实际运行后现场检查,烟囱整体防腐效果良好。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of the corrosion mechanism of flue gas on the chimney after wet desulfurization,the selection of several types of chimney anticorrosion transformation is analyzed.It is proposed that the Bingaud lining system is suitable for the anticorrosion transformation of foamed glass brick steel inner cylinder,the hybrid polymerization structure is suitable for the anticorrosion transformation of the paint type or brick type steel inner cylinder,and the titanium composite sheet steel inner cylinder is suitable for the new chimneys.Finally,an example of the anticorrosion transformation of the wet desulfurization chimney is introduced in detail and the inspection after actual operation shows that the overall anticorrosion effect of the chimney is good. |
