摘    要:介绍了工业阀门逸散性介质微泄漏检测试验、鉴定程序及产品验收相关的标准和规定,讨论和分析了阀门检测中得出不同的检测结果的问题和原因,对阀门微泄漏检测(吸枪法)操作过程的技术要求、过程控制和注意事项予以了阐述和分析。

Abstract:As the global climate continues to heat up,and social awareness of environmental protection continues to increase,the valve leakage class in valve industry is also more and more demanding.It is particularly important to test valves for fugitive emission test.The current standards have regulations on fugitive emission test,but also have different requirements.The same valve and the same instrument,after different personnel test,often get different test results.This may lead to incorrect conclusions about the final test results of the valve.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and introduce the key points of operation process of valve fugitive emission test.
