摘    要:针对某电厂300 MW掺烧生活污泥的1号锅炉开展了锅炉燃烧特性理论研究、现场掺烧试验,评估了不同掺烧比例对锅炉燃烧特性、污染物排放的影响.结果 表明:掺烧40%含水率的生活污泥,掺烧比例在10%以下时,理论燃烧温度降低了7K,污泥掺烧对于煤的元素成分影响不大,对飞灰浓度影响不大,不会造成省煤器等受热面的磨损加剧,烟囱出...

Abstract:For a 300 MW sludge and coal co-fired NO.1 boiler unit, theoretical study on the combustion characteristics and mixed test were carried out, the effects of different mixing ratio on combustion characteristics and pollutant emission of boiler were evaluated. The results show that when the mixing burning ratio is below 10%, co-combustion of sludge with 40% moisture content will lead to 7 K decrease of combustion temperature. The influence on the fuel characteristic and ash formation characteristic are negligible. There is no significant difference wear detected on the economizer heating surface. For the pollutant emissions, the release of NOx , SO2 and dust meet the emission requirements and the environmental protection standard. The heavy metals in the desulfurization gypsum, desulfurization wastewater, desulfurization slurry, fly ash and slag meet the emission requirements and the environmental protection standards.
