基于多参量的采空区煤自燃危险区域划分方法研究

摘    要:工作面采空区漏风强度、浮煤厚度、氧气体积分数等多个因素共同影响采空区内的煤自燃危险区域分布范围。以王家山煤矿中二202工作面为研究对象,采用公斤级煤自然发火试验装置,测定煤样放热强度、耗氧速率等自燃特性参数,结合理论公式计算采空区危险区域划分参数的阈值(浮煤厚度、氧气体积分数、漏风强度、最短发火期、耗氧速率)。综合关键参量,构建了采空区煤自燃危险区域的划分方法。通过现场束管检测分析和Fluent流体模拟技术,观察采空区内氧气浓度场、气流场的分布规律,确定了王家山煤矿大倾角工作面采空区煤自燃“三带”及工作面每日最小安全推进度。研究成果对现场防灭火工作具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The distribution range of coal spontaneous combustion hazard area in goaf is affected by many factors, such as air leakage intensity, floating coal thickness and volume fraction of oxygen. Taking 202 working face of Wangjiashan Coal Mine as the research object, spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters such as heat release intensity and oxygen consumption rate of coal samples are measured by using the coal spontaneous combustion test device in unit of kilogrm, and calculate the threshold value (floating coal thickness, volume fraction of oxygen, air leakage intensity, shortest ignition period, oxygen consumption rate) of the dangerous area division parameters of goaf combined with the theoretical formula. Based on these key parameters, a division method of the coal spontaneous combustion dangerous area in goaf is constructed.
