煤尘抑尘剂的润湿性能研究

摘    要:选取3种煤粉作为研究对象,分别对7种不同抑尘剂的润湿性能进行了测试。基于煤粉成分、粒径分析结果,结合抑尘剂电动电位、表面张力性能,通过抑尘剂在煤粉表面的接触角和正向渗透实验研究了抑尘剂对煤粉润湿性的影响。结果表明,抑尘剂在煤粉表面的接触角与煤粉的灰分成反比;抑尘剂溶液的表面张力、液—固之间的界面张力共同影响抑尘剂在煤粉表面的润湿能力;抑尘剂对不同粒径煤粉的渗透性能提升有较大差异,电动电位较小的抑尘剂能够有效改善较小粒径煤尘的表面润湿性。

Abstract:Three kinds of coal fines were selected as the research objects,and the wettability of seven different dust suppressants was tested respectively.Based on the component of coal fines and particle size analysis result,combined with the electric potential and surface tension properties of dust suppressants,the effect of dust suppressant on wettability of coal fines was studied by the contact angle and forward osmosis experiment on the surface of coal fines.The results show that the contact angle of dust suppressants on the surface is inversely proportional to the ash content of coal fines;the surface tension of dust suppressant solution and the interfacial tension between liquid and solid jointly affect the wetting ability of dust suppressant on the surface of coal fines;dust suppressants have great differences in improving the permeability of coal fines with different particle sizes.Dust suppressants with smaller electric potential can effectively improve the surface wettability of coal dust with smaller particle sizes.
