摘    要:现仿汝瓷为单纯的分相玻璃釉,而真正汝官瓷釉为析晶-分相釉。文章研究了高Al2O3含量对汝官瓷釉析晶与结构的影响。样品的晶相结构分析表明:在高铝釉式组成范围内,当Si/Al<4.0时,样品有钙长石晶相和少量的石英与钙黄长石析出;而当Si/Al>4.0时,样品呈良好的玻璃态;高铝釉式(Si/Al<4.0)汝瓷釉内钙长石晶体在最高烧成温度(1260℃)保温过程中就已生成,在降温过程中晶体继续长大。

Abstract:The current Ru ware glaze is made up of pure phase separated glassglaze while the genuine Ru ware glaze is made up of crystalline-phase separated glaze. The paper studies influence of high Al2O3 content on crystallization and structure of the genuine Ru ware glaze. Sample analysis shows that within alumina glaze formula,when Si/Al<4.0,there is anorthite phase and little quartz and submellite to separate out; When Si/Al>4.0,sample stays fine at glass state; anorthite crystal forms at the highest temperature 1260℃ and grows as temperature falls.
