钢的铬钛碳化物涂尾工艺及性能的研究

摘    要:研究了预先在钢件表面镀铬,而后在含钛元素的硼砂熔盐中扩散的复合处理工艺;用X射线衍射结构分析及电子探针扫描,确定了涂层的相结构,并测定了碳化物居的应力状态;经冲击疲劳试验证实,铬钛碳化物复合涂层的抗冲击疲劳性能优于单一的碳化物层。

Abstract:The author deals with the multiple treatment Process that the steel parts were dif- fused into borax bath contained Ti after plating chrominum The phases structure of the layer has been determineted by using x-ray diffraction and EPM. The stress state of the layer has been measured. lt is proved that the impact fatigue of the Cr-Ti coating is preferable to that of single carbide coating.
