摘    要:新型异形截面涤纶纤维Cooldry具有比普通涤纶更大的比表面积和更多的传导孔道,使用吸湿排汗整理剂DM-3402对其进行亲水整理,整理工艺可与染色同浴进行,或染色后定形前再进行整理。结果表明,经整理后的织物,能极大地增加纤维的亲水性基团,从而提高纤维表面对水分子的吸收性,其毛效高度、扩散直径、残留水分率均能达到企业制定的吸湿排汗织物技术标准。

Abstract:A new polyester fiber Cooldry with abnormal cross section features larger specific surface area and more transporting pores compared with conventional PET fiber. Hydrophilic finish with DM-3402 is carried out during the dyeing process or after the dyeing and before the heat setting. Results show that the process can impart the Cooldry~ more hydrophilic groups, which greatly enhance the adsorption of fiber surface to moisture. Capillary effect, diffusion diameter and residual moisture can meet the reQuirements on fabric with moisture adsorption and transportation properties.
