摘    要:特殊螺纹接头油井管的开发是一项系统工程,其中量规、量具设计是开发中的一个重要环节。简介了无锡西姆莱斯石油专用管制造有限公司最近开发成功的WSP-1T特殊螺纹接头的基本结构。详细论述了其检测工具,包括量规和量具设计的基本原理和设计方法。现场使用证明,这种量规、量具测量准确,操作方便,可以保证WSP-1T的产品质量,为相关产品的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The development of the oil well pipe with special thread connection is a systematical project involving development of relevant gauges and measuring tools for the thread as a key item. The basic structure of the WSP-1T special thread jointer recently developed by Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is briefed, whereas the inspection and measuring facilities as used including the thread gauges and measuring tools are elaborated, focusing on the basic design principles and the design methods thereof. The site operations demonstrate that the said gauges and measuring tools are capable of providing accurate measurement and convenient operation so as to ensure the quality of the WSP-1T product, which also provides a reference for design of other related products.
