同心注水测试技术

摘    要:二级三段同心分层配水管柱工艺技术,靠液体推力冲出或投入柄水器坐封进行分水及测试,也可用电缆打捞车施工,实现了同时测量分层流量,解决了偏心注水测试水量的不同步而引起的结果不准等问题,实际应用表明,该工艺可同测量流量,稳定性好,测试时间可任意选择,并可测试三层注水流压和三层嘴后压力,资料资料,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The technology of concentric water injection test string with 2 grade 3 sections,which either separates water and test by liquids thrust flashing or throwing in water injection allocator sitting packer or uses cable pick up truck to operate,realized measuring flow rate of separate zone at the same time and overcame the inaccurate results caused by water volume being asynchronous in eccentric injection testing.The practical application indicated that this technology could measure synchronous flow rate,which have a good stability and selective test time.It also could test flow pressure of water injection in 3 zones accurately.Its application has a vast rang of prospect.
