摘    要:采用综合手段:用非等压醇烷化工艺取代铜洗工艺,减少氨氮废水产生量;采取措施,循环利用造气系统废水;引入尿素深度水解装置处理尿素废水;采用蒸氨工艺对纯碱废水进行处理;将各部预处理过的废水汇至终端废水处理厂进行最后处理,实现废水的达标排放。

Abstract:Adopting comprehensive methods, replacing copper liquor washing with non-constant pressure methanolizing-methanation process for final purification of syngas to reduce the amount of wastewater, taking some measures to recycle and reutilize the wastewater occurred in gasification system, disposing the wastewater from urea plant with deep hydrolysis device, with ammonia distillation for wastewater disposal in soda plant, putting all these pre-disposed water into wastewater disposal plant for final treatment to reduce NH3-N concentration the water, can make the discharged water meet national standard of China.
