摘    要:在非开挖铺设地下管道施工领域,气动夯管锤铺管技术以其施工简捷、准确性高、速度快、成本低等特点而被广大施工单位所接受,在短距离直管的铺设中已成为一种首选的经济、快捷的施工方法。但是因为该项技术属非控向铺管技术,在铺管过程中容易出现方向偏差。针对这种情况,文章分析了影响夯管锤铺管精度的因素,进而提出保证夯管锤铺管精度的技术措施,并重点对流砂地层、卵砾石地层铺管精度的控制进行了阐述。

Abstract:Pipelay with pneumatic pipe hammer is widely adopted in the non-excavation construction owing to its features of simple construction technique, high accuracy, fast speed and low cost. In the pipelay of short distance straight pipeline, it is a preferred choice. But the technique belongs non-directional control mode, the orientation deviation may occur during pipelay process. This paper analyzes the factors influencing pipelay accuracy with pneumatic pipe hammer, brings forward relative technical measures and expatiates on the pipelay accuracy control in quicksand stratum and gravel stratum.
