测温元件测量误差的传热学分析

摘    要:通过金属保护壳与容器连接的模型简化,对测温仪表金属保护壳进行传热学分析.分析结果为:测温仪表的测量误差与测温元件伸入流体的长度有关.实验验证结果为:伸入流体长度为200mm时热电阻的测温误差为0.42%,伸入流体长度为100mm时热电阻的测温误差为0.80%;在要求测温误差小于介质温度与容器器壁温度之差的0.5%的情况下,伸入流体长度必须大于170mm。

Abstract:Metal vessel of thermometer in common use is analyzed in heat-conduct field by mathematical simplification for industrial model.It is concluded that the measuring error of thermometer is related to the dip length of thermometer.It is proved by the experimental result that the measuring error of thermal resistance is 0.42% as the dip length of thermometer is 200 mm and the measuring error is 0.80% at 100 mm dip length of thermometer.When the measuring error required is less than 0.5% of the difference value between the temperature of liquor and the temperature of metal vessel,the dip length of thermometer must be more than 170 mm.
