| 摘 要： | 简要介绍事故状态下将1-丁烯储罐中残余的物料,通过储罐自身残余压力和氮气充压的方法,利用压差将储罐中残余的物料顺利倒出,从而消除引发次生事故的隐患,并提出在操作过程中应该注意的问题和相应的应急处理措施。

| Abstract: | Briefly introduce accident situation the 1-butene in the residual material storage tank,through the residual stress and nitrogen storage itself ChongYa method,used differential pressure would tanks residual material smooth poured out,thus eliminating cause secondary accident,and puts forward in the operating process should pay attention to the problems and corresponding emergency measures. |
