摘    要:文章以硫酸冷却塔稀酸泵为控制对象,应用功能分析和系统化设计方法进行技术方案构思,并结合生产工艺要求和当前企业经济、技术现状,提出了使用EJA变送器现场检测压力,再结合数显及报警设备组成自动控制报警系统设计方案。通过对三部分的改进,能够实现在线压力检测,数据真实、可靠、准确、稳定,对稀酸泵出口压力出现异常时能及时报警,从而操作人员及时处理,避免未能及时处理而造成的设备损坏,减少设备维修费用,并且大大减轻劳动强度。

Abstract:The paper sulfuric acid cooling tower dilute acids pump for control object,applying functional analysis and systematic design method for technical scheme conception,and combining with the production process requirement and current enterprise economic and technological situation,the paper proposed using EJA transmitter site test pressure,combined with digital display and alarm equipment composition automatic control alarm system design scheme.Through the three parts of improvement,will be able to realize the online pressure detecting,data true,reliable,accurate and stable,dilute acids pump outlet pressure anomalies can timely alarm,thus operating personnel timely treatment to avoid the timely processing and cause the damage of equipment,reducing equipment maintenance cost,and greatly reduce labor intensity.
