三维电极反应器降解含酚废水研究

摘    要:用经吸附处理的活性炭粒子构成的三维电极反应器对模拟苯酚废水进行降解处理,探究不同因素对苯酚降解率的影响。试验结果表明,当槽电压U=10 V,主电极间距d=6 cm,初始pH=6.5,支持电解质浓度CNa2SO4=3 g/L,电解初始浓度C苯酚为300 mg/L的模拟苯酚废水,30 min后降解率为84.21%。若应用在873 K下焙烧负载SnO2的优化活性炭粒子电极,催化降解效率可进一步提高10%。

Abstract:The simulated wastewater containing phenol was degraded with a three-dimensional electrode reactor,and the electrode reactor was formed by particles of activated carbon through adsorption.The results showed,when the bath voltage was 10 V,the distance between the main electrodes was 6 cm,initial pH was 6.5,the concentration of the supporting electrolyte was 3 g/L,and the simulated wastewater with the initial concentration 300 mg/L was treated above 30 minutes,the degradation rate of phenol reached 84.21 %.If the electrode reactor was made up of activated carbon loaded with SnO2 by calcinations in 873 K,then the catalyzing degradation rate of phenol could increase by 10 % further.
