氯乙烯精馏过程的模拟及优化

摘    要:利用化工流程模拟软件 Aspen Plus,对电石乙炔法工艺中的氯乙烯精馏过程进行模拟.精馏全流程的模拟结果与实际生产数据基本吻合.对低沸塔和高沸塔的进料位置、回流比等参数进衍了优化.精馏过程的产品纯度提高到99.67%,低沸塔塔顶冷凝器的冷量消耗减少了17.4%,再沸器蒸汽消耗量减少了10.1%.

Abstract:The project have researched distillation process of the calcium carbide acetylene,the process of the Vinyl chloride rectification was simulated,with the chemical process simulation software ASPEN PLUS.The process simulation results was consistent with the actual production data.Finally,the operation parameters of the high-boiler tower and low-boiler tower,such as feed location and reflux ratio were optimized,on the basis of sensitivity analysis.The product pulity of the distillation process have improved to 99.67 %,the cool energy of the consumption of the condenser of the low-boiler was reduced by 17.4 %,whereby the steam consumption of the reboiler by 10.1 %.
