基于工作流技术的工程项目群集成管理框架模型研究

摘    要:探讨了工程项目群集成管理框架模型的构建及实现。在T程项目群集成管理层次分析及流程、组织、信息集成特性论述的基础上,建立了工程项目群集成管理框架模型,分析了工作流技术运用于工程项目群集成管理的可行性,提出了实现工程项目群集成管理规模效益的技术与方法。T作流技术为实现项目群建设的流程管理与控制提供强有力的技术支撑,通过对流程的协调控制提供项目群过程管理集成机制,可帮助项目群管理者实现多维的集成管理。

Abstract:The establishment and implementation of the framework model of construction programme management are discussed. Based on the analysis of the integration level of construction programme and discussion of the integration tbatures of processes, organiza- tion, and information of construction programme, the authors establish a framework model of integrated management of construction pro- gramme, analyze the feasibility of the integration management of construction programme with workflow technology and propose technol- ogy and methods for achieving the scale efficiency of construction programme. Workflow technology can provide strong technical support for the realization and control of processes of construction programme management, furnish integration mechanism for the process man- agement through the coordination process control, and help managers achieve the integrated management of multi - dimension.
