摘    要:针对新建工艺知识库系统与企业已有工艺设计系统的集成应用,分析了工艺知识的特性,在对集成应用过程解析的基础上,基于工艺知识服务总线和公共数据平台建立了一种松耦合的工艺知识集成应用模式。以新建制造指令设计知识库系统与企业CAPP系统集成为例,描述了集成应用方案,分析表明该方法可以实现松耦合的知识集成,有效利用已有和新开发的知识,实现制造指令的快速、规范化设计。

Abstract:Characters of process knowledge were analyzed for the integration and application of new process knowledge base system and legacy engineering design systems.On the basis of analyzing the integrating and applying process,a loosely-coupled mode of process knowledge integration and application was built based on process knowledge service bus and common data platform.The solution for the integration of fabrication order design knowledge base system and computer aided process planning system was presented.It was shown that loosely-coupled knowledge integration can be achieved by the proposed approach,and both new and existing knowledge can be effectively utilized to design fabrication order rapidly and normatively.
