高硬齿面双圆弧齿轮滚刀的铲磨研究

摘    要:从双圆弧齿轮滚刀基本蜗杆齿面方程出发,推导出直沟负前角滚刀的前刀面齿形公式,再根据啮合原理和铲磨运动时滚刀与砂轮的关系求出铲磨滚刀的砂轮轴向截形,并给出了具体算例。

Abstract:Firstly,the computing formula for tooth profile of straight flute negative rake angle hob is derived from the tooth profile equation of double circular-arc gear basic worm.Then the axial-section profile equation of grinding wheel that is used to relieve hob is derived from engagement principle and the reliving moving relation between wheel and hob.Lastly,a special example is supplied.
