聚对苯二乙酰癸二胺的制备与物理力学性能

摘    要:以对苯二乙酸和癸二胺为原料,利用本体聚合方法制备了新型高分子量半芳香尼龙——聚对苯二乙酰癸二胺(PA10P)。采用傅立叶红外光谱和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了表征;测定了聚合物的物理力学性能,并将其与聚对苯二甲酰壬二胺(PA9T)和聚己二酸己二胺(PA66)的物理力学性能进行了对比,结果表明,PA10P的力学性能与PA9T和PA66的物理力学性能相近,耐热性稍低于PA9T而明显高于PA66,是继PA9T之后的一种新型的耐热工程塑料。

Abstract:Novel semi-aromatic polyamide,poly(decanediamine p-phenylenedacetic amides)(PA10P),was synthesized by using bulk polycondensation with p-phenylenediacetic acid and decanediamine.The structures of the PA10P were characterized by means of infrared spectrometry 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance.The physical and mechanical properties of PA10P were measured,and the properties of the polyamide were compared with those of poly(nonanediamine p-phenylenedacetic amides)(PA9T) and poly(hexamethylene adipamide)(PA66).The r...
