改性废弃丙纶的吸油性能

摘    要:为合理利用废弃丙纶,开辟废弃纺织品再利用新途径,通过对其进行改性处理,研究了改性后丙纶的吸油性能。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等手段对纤维的外观形态、结晶度等进行表征,比较了改性前后纤维的接触角和吸油量,分析了温度、时间、废水含油量、重复吸油次数等参数对吸油量的影响。结果表明:改性丙纶具有较好的吸油性能,吸油量约是原丙纶的3倍;在废水温度为20℃、吸附时间为10 min、废水含油量为200 m L/L时,改性丙纶的吸油量最大,改性丙纶具有较好的重复吸油能力。

Abstract:For more reasonable recycling of waste polypropylene fibers, the waste polypropylene fibers were modified and the oil adsorption property of modified polypropylene fibers was researched. The morphology and crystallinity of fibers were tested by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The contact angle and oil adsorption value of fiber before and after modification were separately measured and compared. The effect of temperature, time, oil content of wastewater and times of repetitious oil adsorption on oil adsorption value were analyzed. The experimental results indicated that, the oil adsorption propeety of modified polypropylene fiber is good. The oil adsorption value of modified polypropylene fiber is about 3 time of unmodified polypropylene fiber. The oil adsorption value of modified polypropylene fiber is the largest when the temperature of wastewater is 20 ℃,adsorption time is 10 minutes, and oil content of wastewater is 200ml/L.The repetitious oil adsorption property of the modified polypropylene fiber is good.
