| 摘 要： | 临汾市福利铸钢厂全电子电能表发生了死机的故障，计量人员更换了故障电能表。经调查，电能表故障前该厂停产一段时间，而后恢复生产。就如何确定铸钢厂开始恢复生产的时间及电能表死机故障的起始时间，进而计算更正电量进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The fully electronic electric energy meter at Linfen welfare steel works deadly broke down and the metering personnel changed it.Through investigation the works had stopped production before electric energy meter was in trouble,and then continued.This article discusses on how to determine the time of steel work's recovery production and the starting time of electric energy meter failure in order to calculate readjustment electric quantity. |
