摘    要:在人力资源管理中,激励的作用是十分明显的,是人员提供追求与达到目标的手段,从过去的靠精神激励到近年来的靠以金钱为代表的物资激励,通过分析找出各种激励机制的利弊得失,引出现代激励机制的几种需要。

Abstract:Human resources management,the role of incentives is very clear,is to pursue and provide the means to achieve our goals,from the past by encouraging the spirit of recent years to rely on the money represented by material incentives,to find out by analyzing a variety of incentives The mechanism of the advantages and disadvantages,leads to the modern needs of some of the incentives.
