将涂装前处理设计为两个节水单元，使得清洗用水由单独排放改为单元排放，提高清洗用水的重复利用率，指明了各单元弃水的应用途径，减少了水资源的消耗。实践证明，对水洗不净造成的水印等缺陷起到了有效的防止作用，而且节水效果显著。

Water Saving Designs in Painting Pretreatment

The process of painting pretreatment was designed into two units, and the rinsing water was discharged after circular using to instead of letting off directly, which made the best use of fresh water. The Application approach of the used water was pointed out to reduce the wastage of water. The use circuit of water was demonstrated by sketch map to get a simple intuition. In practical, it had been proved that these designs had not only an obvious effect in water saving, but a decrease of painting defect resulted by dirty water.
