NUCLEAR WEIGHER AND MATERIAL PROPORTIONINGSYSTEM IN THE COKING COMPANY

The nuclear weigher is a non-contact type weighing device, which is superior over the electronic weigher in all respects with exception of the weighing precision. The present paper briefly describes the physical conception of the nuclear weigher, shows a weighing math model of the device, introduces the constitution and feature of the nuclear weigher and material proportioning system and emphatically analyzes the weighing procedure and material proprtioning procedure and opens to the public the key control algorithm for the system and summarizes the gain and loss of the system.
